et's talk about your MLM funnel and how it can transform your business.
Most people who join a network marketing opportunity know very little about networking, and perhaps even less about marketing.
Combined, this lack of knowledge ruins more MLM careers than anything else--unless you are lucky enough to have an active upline that actually wants to help you build your downline.
In the area of marketing, I have developed a process I call "Funneling" which is designed for easy duplication by my downline.
Using this funnel method, team members are able to effectively share their products with prospects, which allows the prospect and the product to do the selling.
Here is how the Funneling Method works...
1. Do not approach your prospect with "the opportunity."
2. Tell them you just found a great new health and wellness product, using a line similar to this: "Hi Denise, I just found a great new chewable vitamin that contains acai berry and goji. Here's a sample. Give it a try."
3. Allow the prospect to try the product for a week or so before you mention the product again, and then follow up with a casual question, such as: "How did you like those chewable vitamins, Denise?"
4. Share the product with enough people, and some will become customers.
5. After your new customer has enjoyed the product for a few weeks, mention that he or she should really become a wholesale customer to save money. You are not selling an opportunity, you are advising your customer on how to save money.
6. Once the customer moves to the wholesale customer category, he or she is in the position to share the product with others and enjoy commissions.
This is how to build an MLM organization using the Ron Taylor Funneling Method.
The funneling technique works when MLM reps understand that achieving success in network marketing is a numbers game.
Eventually, you will learn that you need to share the product with a certain number of people to get one customer, and that it takes a certain number of customers to get one wholesale member.
From there, you will learn that most wholesale customers will choose to just use the product and will not be interested in building a business.
However, a small percentage of your customers will become active team builders--and that is all it takes to succeed in this business.
So, share the product, and invite your prospects into your MLM funnel.
